Welcome to Docuqo, operated by Ocean Print & Design Limited t/as Docuqo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or downloading any template from our store (the “Service”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.
1. Use of Our Service
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these terms.
You agree to use our templates solely for lawful business purposes.
2. Digital Products
All products sold on Docuqo are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Once payment is complete, you will receive access to download your template(s).
3. Licensing & Restrictions
Templates are licensed to you (the purchaser) for internal business use only.
You may use, edit, and print them for your company’s operations.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with third parties.
- Claim authorship or intellectual property ownership of the templates.
- Use the templates to create competing products.
4. Pricing, VAT & Payment
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify and approved payment gateways.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a download has been made.

6. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure our templates are accurate and reliable. However, we are not responsible for how you use them.
Templates do not constitute legal or financial advice. Please consult a professional where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from your use of our products.
7. Privacy
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is collected and used.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
