We take an existing document and set it up so it’s clear, usable, and works properly in the real world.

You can start from either:

  • One of our existing Docuqo templates
    or
  • Your own document (Word, Excel, or PDF)

The document is professionally rebuilt and supplied as a clean, fillable PDF.

Typical examples:

  • A risk assessment that keeps being queried
  • A permit or form needed for a specific site
  • A Word or Excel document that’s hard to use
  • A document that needs to look more professional

What you receive:

  • One clearly defined document, rebuilt or adapted
  • A fillable PDF (type & save)
  • A standard PDF (print & write)
  • Clear layout and structured fields
  • One agreed revision
  • Final files ready to use

This is a one-off setup, with scope agreed in advance.

Option 2: Multiple Documents Aligned

From £1,500 + VAT

This is for situations where several documents need to work together.

Instead of separate forms that don’t quite match, we align everything so the paperwork makes sense as a set.

This is suitable if:

  • RAMS, permits to work, or a set of documents that need to work together is being requested
  • Several documents need to reference each other
  • Consistency and clarity matter
  • You want a setup you can reuse on future jobs

What you receive:

  • A small group of aligned documents (agreed in advance)
  • Consistent layout and structure across all documents
  • A clear order of use
  • Defined scope and delivery
  • Final documents ready to use

This gives you a set of documents that work properly together, not a collection of disconnected files.

Option 3: Full Documentation System Setup

From £3,750 + VAT

This is for businesses that want their paperwork fully set up from the outset.

Instead of fixing documents as problems arise, everything is structured properly so documentation stops being an ongoing concern.

This is suitable if:

  • Documentation will be reused across multiple jobs
  • Internal consistency matters
  • There’s time pressure or reputational risk
  • You want paperwork sorted properly, not patched
