Digital Downloads Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Docuqo products are digital downloads. Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be “returned,” which means all sales are final.

We strongly encourage you to read the full product description and view any available previews before making your purchase. If you are unsure whether a template will meet your needs, please contact us before buying — we’re happy to help you choose the right document.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that:

• You accidentally purchased the same item more than once, or
• A technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing your file.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you. In most cases, we can resolve issues by re-sending your files or offering a suitable replacement template.
