Docuqo Quick-Start Guide
Open & Edit
- Fillable PDFs → Open using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) for full functionality.
(Available for desktop, iPhone, and Android.)
- Standard PDFs → Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or your browser’s built-in viewer.
Note: Apple’s built-in viewer (used in Mail, Safari, or Files) may not display tick boxes or logo upload fields correctly. To fix this, open your file in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app — all tick boxes and text fields will work as intended. (Logo uploads require a desktop computer.)
Fill In Your Docuqo Template
- Type directly into the blue fillable fields (fillable version).
- Blue shading will not print — it simply highlights areas you can type or tick.
- Or print and complete by hand (standard version).
- Tick boxes and text fields work perfectly in Acrobat Reader on all devices.
- Logo upload fields can only be used on a computer via Adobe Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro.
Save & Print
- Save a copy to your computer or cloud folder for future use.
- Print instantly on your office printer, or send to a professional print supplier for multiple copies.
Pro Tips
- Need bulk labels or forms? Your local printer or an online printing service can help.
- Create a dedicated folder (digital or physical) to keep your completed documents organised.
- For best results on iPhone or iPad, always open forms in the Adobe Acrobat Reader app, not in Safari or Files.
